We process personal data of children involved in dance clubs and their legal representatives. These are mainly:

-Child's name and surname

-Date of birth

-Address of residence

-Parents' contact details (phone, e-mail)

-Information about medical restrictions (if necessary to ensure safety)

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with:

-Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR)

-Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts

We process personal data on the basis of the consent of the legal representative for the following purposes:

-Registration and administration of participation in dance club

-Communication with parents

-Organisation of performances and events

-Documentation and promotion of activities (with specific consent)

4. To whom do we provide personal data?

We do not provide personal data to third parties, except whwre required by law or with parental consent (e.g. posting photographs on the website).

5. Data retention period

We retain data for the duration of the dance club and for no more than 2 years after it has ended, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

According to the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll., parents (legal representatives) have the right to:

-Request access to data

-Correct inaccurate data

-Request the deletion of data

-Limit data processing

-Withdraw consent to processing
