Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679 GDPR on the amendment of certain laws, I agree to the use, processing and publication of my likeness or the likeness of my child (photograph, video) in publicly accessible areas, websites, social networks and promotional materials of the Civic Association Dance kids, Fialová 4025/4, 851 07 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
By signing this document, I declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing my consent in writing before the expiry of the given period. The Operator declares that in the event of a written withdrawal of consent, the photographs will be disposed of by shredding or deletion within 30 days of receiving the request. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
